Weather
Manitoba has a continental climate, with cold, snowy winters and warm summers. Temperatures can drop below -30°C in winter and rise above 30°C in summer, with plenty of sunshine year-round.

My experience
in Manitoba
While we haven’t explored as much of Manitoba as we have of other provinces, it has definitely left an impression on us.
We loved exploring all the awesome things that Winnipeg had to offer including the Assiniboine Zoo and the Canadian Museum for Human Rights. However, what left the biggest impression on us was seeing the polar bears in Churchill.
Our trip to Churchill remains one of my top travel experiences to date. Going out into the tundra to see the magnificent polar bears stretching, strutting and rolling around enjoying their natural habitat was beyond incredible!
Definitely a once in a lifetime experience! But a word of advice, it gets darn cold up there so dress in LOTS of layers!
