Best Niagara Hotels with a Fallsview 2024
Our family visits Niagara Falls several times a year. And although it’s just a quick day trip for us, we often enjoy spending the night.
Of course, what is a hotel stay in Niagara without an amazing view! Yes, these hotel rooms charge a premium for a view, but sometimes the splurge is just worth it!
To make it easy, we have put together a carefully curated list of the best Niagara hotels with a fallsview.
These hotels have actual spectacular views of the falls, not just the river or the mist from a distance.
💦 Our favourite Niagara hotel with a fallsview is the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel. With great views of both falls as well as an incredible waterpark, it’s perfect for a family getaway!
Where Should I Stay In Niagara Falls?
If you are looking to stay in a hotel with a fallsview, then your best option is to head to Fallsview Boulevard. This incredibly touristy part of Niagara Falls consists of a long strip that runs alongside the falls viewing area and is home to restaurants, hotels, a casino, several attractions, and tons of souvenir shops.
One of the biggest benefits of staying along Fallsview Boulevard, aside from the extraordinary views, is that you are within walking distance of all the best things to do in Niagara Falls. Leave your car at the hotel, avoid the hassle of driving through congested streets and packed parking lots, and just stroll from one attraction to the next!
8 Best Hotels With An Actual View Of Niagara Falls
If you are short on time, we have chosen the 3 best Niagara hotels with a fallsview so you can quickly select the one you want to stay at.
- Luxury: Niagara Falls Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa
- Mid-Range: Hilton Niagara Falls
- Budget: The Oakes Hotel
As we mentioned, we have put together a list of the best Niagara hotels with fallsviews. Not only does each hotel have an exceptional view of the falls, but they each have awesome amenities, and are close to many of the other popular Niagara Falls attractions.
And although this list could be much longer, we decided not to include hotels with very distant and obstructed fallsviews or hotels that had only awesome city views. Many of these hotels would have been lower in price, but our goal was to give you the best options if a view of Niagara Falls was at the top of your list.

Best Niagara Hotels with a Fallsview – FAQs
The hotels that have the best views of the Canadian Falls are the Marriott Fallsview, Niagara Tower Hotel and the Embassy Suites Fallsview. And out of these, we would definitely say that the Embassy Suites Fallsview is slightly better as you are able to see more actual falling water within the “horseshoe” shape of the Falls.
There are so many incredible things to see in Niagara Falls, that you could never do it all in a day. Instead, we would recommend 2-3 nights.
This would give you plenty of time to enjoy the iconic view of the Falls, take in some of the quirky attractions, and stroll through Niagara’s amazing parks and hiking trails. Of course, be sure to set aside some time to visit a few of the local wineries and breweries, and try out some of the awesome restaurants.
The Canadian side of Niagara Falls is definitely better, and that is not at all a biased opinion! Not only does the Canadian side have more of the bigger hotels, but you would also be within walking distance of more attractions, restaurants, shops, and even a casino.
Undoubtedly, the Canadian side has the better views. Not only will you be able to enjoy breathtaking views of the Horseshoe Falls, but you also have awesome views of the American Bridal Veil Falls from across the river.
The Canadian side also boasts all the hotels with views of the falls, as well as many unique falls-related attractions like Ziplining or Journey Behind the Falls.
We would have to say that Niagara Falls at night is definitely better! Granted, during the day the falls are breathtaking, but by night, they are truly spectacular.
At night, the falls come alive with colour. A variety of illumination sequences make Niagara Falls at night one of the top things to see when visiting the area.
And if you are wondering, the lights on the falls come from the Illumination Tower, located on the roof of the Table Rock Centre.
No. Especially if you are staying on Fallsview Boulevard, you are within walking distance of several attractions and restaurants.
Even if you are staying near Clifton Hill, it is still possible to walk to most of the popular attractions, as well as to the viewing areas of the falls.
And let’s not forget the myriad of shuttles and public transportation available in the area. You definitely don’t need a car to make your way around the touristy area of Niagara Falls.
Final Thoughts on the Best Niagara Hotels with a Fallsview
Hopefully, we have helped you narrow down which Niagara hotel with a fallsview most interests you. But with so many great hotels available along Niagara Fallsview Boulevard, we really don’t think you can go wrong!
